For the past 6 years, I’ve worked on growing my knowledge as a digital consultant and have had the pleasure of working both with locally-owned businesses, and online-based ones. These businesses have ranged from salons, to restaurants, to schools, to blogs – and with each one, I’ve learned new approaches to digital promotion and what the landscape looks like for those specific niches.
As I’ve honed my skills, I’ve learned that I am especially interested in certain areas of digital consulting and have worked to narrow down my focus and provide services in:
SEO Audits – Technical and On-Page
I’m naturally detail-oriented, and believe context is key when providing information so my SEO audits are thorough.
I offer either technical audits, on-page audits, or a combination of the two. The cost varies, but is typically in the range of $250-750 depending on the work required. Some of the tools I use are:
- SEMRush – for keyword analysis, keyword ranking, competitor analysis, and overall backlink/site health
- Google’s Page Speed Insights Tool – this reveals any weaknesses in a page’s technical setup, and provides context for why a page may not rank as well as it seems it should
- Screaming Frog – this is a crawling tool that gives me a complete picture of domain’s pages + all meta information so I can analyze what the search engines see and provide recommendations
- Moz – Moz is similar to SEMRush, in that it’s an analysis tool. I like to double check information from multiple sources, to get a complete picture
With these resources and others, I’m able to gain a complete picture of your domain’s health and provide actionable, doable recommendations. Most audits take up to two weeks to complete. Once completed, I provide full documentation of my research + recommendations, and am able to present this to you via phone, Skype, or in-person (if we are local!). From there, I am able to be contracted to implement the recommendations if you so desire.
Search Engine Marketing / Paid Search Campaigns
When trying to gain traffic, conversions (sales, or email signups for example), or other similar goals, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a great solution. Costs mentioned below assume a 4 week campaign.
I’m certified in:
- AdWords (Google’s platform) and DoubleClick (also Google)
- Adwords Shopping, AdWords Search, and AdWords Mobile
- Bing Ads
When working with a client on their SEM campaign, I’m available to manage the entire campaign from start to finish or simply help with research and setup.
Campaign Management can include ($750):
- Competitor research, as well as data analysis for current customers to have a complete picture of who is being marketing to
- Business and marketing goal analysis, so the campaign has a clear picture from the start
- Keyword analysis
- Campaign setup – from the technical side of setting up the working of the campaign, to the creative side with ads text, etc.
- Campaign Optimization – for the duration of the campaign, this includes checking ad performance, budget expenditure, etc. and optimizing accordingly.
Campaign Foundations can include ($500):
- Competitor research, and data analysis of current customers for a complete picture of who will be marketed to
- Business and marketing goal analysis
- Keyword analysis, with recommendations on what keywords to base ad groups around for top performance
- Suggested ad creative for ads within ad groups
Paid Social Marketing
I specialize in Facebook Ads (and, by extension, Instagram Ads) and am available to provide similar services as outlined above for paid search – I can manage an entire campaign from start to finish, or simply provide the foundation for campaign and let your team do the rest. Costs mentioned below assume a 4 week campaign.
Social Campaign Management can include ($750):
- Competitor research, and current customer analysis as well as use of Facebook’s Audience Planner tool to uncover opportunities for promotion
- Audience optimization – a review of your current targeted audiences (if any) and creation of any new audiences needed
- Pixel installation / performance check
- Campaign creation with Ads Manager – from setting up the goal, to conversion tracking (if applicable), etc… I will cover as much of the sales funnel as needed given the campaign’s goals
- Campaign optimization throughout the duration of the promotion – this includes budget optimization, ad management, audience management, etc.
Social Campaign Foundations can include ($500):
- Competitor research and current customer analysis as well as use of Facebook’s Audience Planner tool to uncover opportunities for promotion
- Audience optimization – a review of your current targeted audiences (if any) and creation of any new audiences needed
- Pixel installation / performance check
